What are the steps?
Step One: Formulate
Utilize our formula-building tool right in your Charm portal to create personalized supplement formulas to meet your patients’ unique needs. There are two ways to formulate:
- Using Our Customizable Protocols: Our curated protocols are thoughtfully dosed blends crafted by healthcare professionals to address common health concerns and streamline your treatment approach. You can use our customizable protocols right in your CharmHealth portal, and modify them to suit individual patients.
- Building a Formula From Scratch: You can also build a custom formula completely from scratch, using over 200 professional-grade ingredients in your VitaminLab portal.
Step Two: Order
Complete your order by choosing Patient Pay or Clinic Pay.
- Patient Pay: We’ll send an email prompting your patient to pay. They will automatically be charged monthly for the duration of the supply length you choose.
- Clinic Pay: You can also invoice the clinic and collect payment from your patient directly.
